Anastasia Bennett is a clinical nutritionist and certified menopause and women’s health coach specialising in perimenopause weight loss, gut health and overall wellness. She works with women over 35 who are experiencing hormone changes, fatigue, anxiety, and stubborn weight gain. Through personalised nutrition coaching and lifestyle strategies, she helps women improve metabolic health, balance hormones, and lose weight sustainably.
Anastasia is based in Wellington, New Zealand but coach incredible women all over the world who are done with restrictive diets and ready for real, sustainable change.
Driven, honest, and a little awkward, she doest sugar coat things. She cares deeply about her clients, but always tells you the truth, especially when it’s hard. Because she has been where you are: stuck, exhausted, gaining weight without changing a thing, and wondering what the hell is going on.
Her journey into fitness started over 20 years ago, and she spent the last 14+ years coaching women through nutrition, fitness, mindset, and hormone health.
When she hit perimenopause at 37, she was dismissed by doctors, told she was too young. But she knew something was wrong. Anxiety, brain fog, weight gain that felt like 4kg appeared overnight, exhaustion, and pain that made no sense. It wasn’t “just stress.”
She has been misdiagnosed with everything under the sun until finally, at 38, she was diagnosed with ADHD. Surprise surprise, right as she went into perimenopause and her hormones went wild. It all made sense.
Then at 41, she had a hysterectomy. Another chapter, another challenge. And again, she got through it by doing the work with honesty, education, and a whole lot of grace.
After my kids, she gained 30kg. She tried every coach, every program, and nothing worked because no one looked at her, her history, her hormones, her habits. So she became the coach she needed: someone who gives you a tailored plan, digs into mindset, gives daily accountability, and genuinely cares.
She does not just help women lose weight, she helps them take ownership of their health, get strong, build confidence, and feel GOOD in their skin again.
Weight loss isn’t just about food and workouts. It’s about stress, sleep, hormones, and how you talk to yourself. It’s about systems and support.

She is registered clinical nutritionist in New Zealand, working online. She also holds diplomas in health science and life coaching, she certified in nutrition, personal training, pre/postnatal fitness, and advanced menopause coaching. But more importantly — she has lived this.
